A joint development between Halcrow and Track Access Services, Examiner.QA is a new and cost effect solution for online training, testing and assessment in railway operations sector. The package is sold as a yearly subscription service where the basic package is pre-built and managed by us. All the subscriber needs to do is provide web site access to the student population. The system comprises of prewritten questions, based and referenced to the Rule Book and a typical competence management system (CMS). The material is kept up to date and validated by us and reflects all Rule Book changes as they are published. In addition to the standard rules area customer specific areas are available allowing individual operators to have additional material for traction training, route assessments and other required competencies.

The technical profile provides a server based system which stores student access details and results. Web login is provided for students either from work site or from home, allowing controlled access and an audit trail. It is ideal for desktop, laptop or mobiles. Trainer login allows for the examination and evaluation of results data. Practice assessments or full assessments can be accessed from a simple website logon.
